Admin tools

Admin routes are gated by Cloudflare Access (edge OTP) + ADMIN_EMAILS allowlist (Worker). Probe runs GET /api/admin/applications; you'll see "Sign in to admin" if Access auth is needed.

Push notifications (FCM)

On iOS, push notifications only work after the PWA is added to the Home Screen and launched from there. In the installed app, tap Enable push, accept the OS permission, then Send test push. Desktop browsers (macOS Safari, Chrome) work without install.

Signed-in actions are CSRF-protected via the double-submit __Host-csrf cookie.
